LATVIA
When the ORT Dubnov School in Riga was founded in 1989 it was first Jewish state school to be set up in what had been the Soviet Union. The school moved to larger premises in 2010 where it provides an essential service to the city’s Jewish community, educating its 385 students in general and ICT-based subjects while also instilling in them an understanding and love of their Judaism.
