    Administrative Assistant to the Director General office

    Job type: Permanent – Full time

    Salary: According to experience

    Location: Camden Town

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Diary management, planning meetings and conference calls, fielding calls, typing letters and minutes, monitoring inbox, travel arrangements and other administrative duties. 

    The ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT:

     

    • Witten and spoken English skills and telephone manners.
    • Accuracy, attention to detail.
    • Organisational and administrative skills.
    • IT literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)

    Other Skills

    ·         Multi-tasking skills, ability to work accurately under pressure, knowledge of another language would be an advantage,
